1. Once I have sent your Order Confirmation (OC), strictly NO BACKING OUT. Please find replacement. Or if really necessary, you'll need to pay 40% CANCELATION FEE (CF) so please be 100% sure before claiming.
2. Strictly PAYO or 50% nrdp + 1 week rembal dop unless otherwise stated. I can be flexible with payment terms as long as we both agree or depending on the circumstances.
*Initial payment (PAYO or 50% nrdp) must be sent within 24 hours from claiming. Otherwise, item will be up again for claiming.
3. NO RESERVATIONS unless you sent full / partial payment within the given deadline.
4. Proof of payment (POP) with visible timestamp should be sent upon payment. No POP = No Payment.
5. If you miss your Deadline of Payment (DOP), ₱20 will be charged per day of delay. A maximum of 5 days delay is allowed, and failure to meet this will put your item back for claiming and you will be blocked from future transactions. No refunds will be made.
6. I may ask for an additional ₱10 (for shipping expenses) in case I don't have cash on hand (I will cashout in nearby sari-sari stores) & ₱15 minimum for packing fee (pf) depending on how many/big the items are.
7. I will always disclose your item/s true value for courier insurance purposes in case it gets lost or damaged as I won't be liable when this occurs. However, if you're okay with just putting the standard ₱500 value to keep the SF minimal, let me know. Please understand that your total SF depends on the item value and its size.
8. I do my best to secure items. But if unable to secure, 100% refund is guaranteed.
9. To help build my credibility & in case you're not comfortable posting your own feedback, I may post a screenshot of your DM feedback / proof of receipt (your identity will be hidden) under #tysophiawiki.
